World of Warcraft First Aid Advice and Secrets

WoW First Aid: Where to Find Your Beginning WoW First Aid Trainers

Out of all the secondary professions available, WoW first aid has to be the easiest. The mats (what you need to make items) are minimal, but the reward for having them available at all times is crucial to your game. However, you can't do any of this until you actually find a WoW First Aid trainer in the game. So, below you will find locations on the beginning levels for both Alliance and Horde players.

WoW First Aid Trainer Locations

The journey here will begin with an apprenticeship in WoW First Aid. Where you need to go depends on the area you start a character. For instance, if you start a toon in Northshire Abbey then the quickest way to train first aid is head for Stormwind. This is where Shaina Fuller resides. She is located in the Cathedral of Light. Once you enter into the main area, she can be found in the room to the right.

We're about to give you the other locations for each toon whether they be Alliance or Horde. However, if it becomes difficult to find any of them just ask one of the guards in town. You will need to pick the Profession Trainer tab and the guard will tell you where the WoW First Aid Trainer is located. Here you will just find the cities and names of people you need to make contact with in order to progress in this profession.

Alliance First Aid Trainers

In the beginning stages there are four major cities that offer WoW First Aid apprenticeship. Humans can head for Stormwind (Shaina Fuller), Gnomes and Dwarves go to Ironforge (Nissa Firestone), Night Elves to Darnassus (Dannelor), and the Draenei can find one in Exodar (Nus). You will find others as well spread out across the region, but many of them will be inaccessible until your toon reaches a certain level in the game.

Horde First Aid Trainers

It's amazing that we're almost 5 years into World of Warcraft, and there still isn't much information revolving around the Horde on the Internet. Well, not nearly as much as the Alliance anyways. Good news is we can give you an inside look of who you will need to contact for your WoW First Aid trainers. The Orcs and Trolls can find Arnok in Orgrimmar, and Blood Elves will be looking for Alestus in Silvermoon City. Then of course the Tauren need to search for Pand Stonebinder in Thunderbluff, while the Undead can head to the Undercity and speak with Mary Edras.
