Alright, hopefully you did exactly what we told you in previous articles and reached the first level of 75. Now it's time to put the hammer down on your WoW First Aid and hit the peak point of 150. We say peak, only because after you have reached this plateau you must find the next WoW First Aid trainer for the Expert level (which is a quest). It won't be long until you reach that pinnacle, but for now let's focus on the task at hand.
New Training at Level 80
One thing you will notice is once you hit level 75, you're almost ready to learn the Anti-Venom and Wool Bandage patterns. These will be available to you at level 80, so the sooner you reach that point, the sooner you will be able to make RED patterns. We do want to warn you about the Anti-Venom though. Even though this pattern is red, it turns to YELLOW extremely quick. Definitely before you reach 10 creations.
The Wool Bandages are the way to go. In the beginning you will only be required to use 1 Wool Cloth to make a Wool Bandage. This will allow you to increase your skill level in a timely fashion, which of course means we recommend you start out with them instead of the Anti-Venom. We tried using 40 Wool Cloth to get from 80 to 115 just to see what happens. Unfortunately, we ended up at around 111.
Needless to say you will want to use the Anti-Venom at this point. While there won't be too many people purchasing these patterns, the goal right now is to reach a 115 skill level. Once you hit that mark you will be able to make the Heavy Wool Bandages which cost around 2 gold for a stack of 20. Obviously you will want to purchase around 100 sheets. The first 40 will get you to about 132, but the next sixty will put you right at 150.
Moving to Silk Cloth
If by chance you have any left over Wool Cloth, just save it for another day. The accomplishments to WoW First Aid is intertwined with the progression of cloths. Once you reach 150 you will be able to train the Silk Bandage pattern. However, don't start trying to make them because once you get this point there isn't anywhere else to go. The next step is to travel to Arathi Highlands and purchase the WoW First Aid book (Expert First Aid- Under Wraps).
You will speak with a guy named Deneb Walker who resides in Stormgarde Keep. If you aren't familiar with the area, go into the Keep and make a right after you go underneath the bridge. Once you reach the entrance, make another right until you are going over that same bridge. Soon you will enter another area in which you make one more right through some ivy. Right behind the ivy is Deneb Walker.
Bring the Silk Cloth
Unless you want to hearth back to Stormwind and fly to Arathi Highlands again, we suggest you bring plenty of Silk Cloth. This will allow you to purchase the WoW First Aid Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage after you reach the 180 level. Might as well kill two birds with one stone if you are trying to do this in record time. Learning both of these patterns will give you an advantage to reaching level 225.
What's Next
After you have positioned yourself at 225 in the WoW First Aid profession, there won't be anywhere else to go. In order to reach the next stage of your WoW First Aid abilities, you will have to complete a quest in Dustwallow Marsh. However, we'll get to that in our upcoming article. In the meantime you should head to Menethil Harbor and take the boat to Theramore. The trainer is located there with a quest called "Triage."
