Okay, so we've already shown you all the big city locations for both Alliance and Horde players. Since you're reading this we imagine you have made your way to one of them and are ready to to complete the first 75 skill points. In order to do this you will need a ton of Linen Cloth. It's the only pattern you will be able to complete, so don't worry about finding any other mats. For now, your WoW First Aid will rely on how you acquire the Linen Cloth.
Without a Fight
One of the best places to get all the Linen Cloth needed for your WoW First Aid leveling is at the Auction House. Obviously this will revolve around you having money, but if you do they are quite inexpensive. There is always someone selling cloth in the AH, so be a frequent viewer anytime you are in a major city. However, in order to save money for higher levels we recommend taking your weapons to the World of Warcraft world and doing a little farming. Then again, if you want to reach 75 in record time, head to the AH immediately.
Red, Yellow, and Green
Now that you have your Linen Cloth, open up the Spells & Abilities (the book) in your action bar. You should see a little WoW First Aid icon. Open it up and the only thing available to make is Linen Cloth Bandages. If you have all your cloths in the bags you own (or backpack), click on the "Create All" button. Now just sit back and watch as your skill level grows, and grows, and grows. Unfortunately you won't be able to purchase 75 Linen Cloths and expect a 75 skill level.
This is due to the World of Warcraft limitations on each pattern. Everytime we did it, you would notice a tail off of skill at around 53 or 54. See, when a pattern is RED you are guaranteed to increase your skill level by 1. After awhile it will switch to YELLOW In the beginning of the this color you will notice an immediate skill level for each one. Eventually it starts tailing off to two or three Linen Cloths made before getting an additional skill point.
Once your pattern turns GREEN the skill points take a turn for the worse. Knowing this ahead ahead of time, you have two options. Either you can purchase enough Linen Cloth (normally around 200 sheets or 10 stacks of 20 at the AH) to reach 75, or work on another pattern. Originally you only had one pattern with your WoW First Aid apprentice training, but you should have more now (at skill level 50 you can train for Journeyman First Aid).
Just Get Prepared
If you are going to take the route of switching patterns to reach 75, then you will need to have the proper mats before you got to train. The second pattern available is the Heavy Linen Bandage. Unfortunately it does start on a YELLOW status due to the accomplishments from your Linen Cloth bandages. However, it is quicker then trying to reach it from a GREEN status. So grab yourself about 100 more sheets of Linen Cloth (Heavy Linen Bandages take two Linen Cloth per pattern) and you will reach level 75 with ease.
Then again, you could just buy 300-400 (just to be safe) and go back to the WoW First Aid trainer. This way when you reach level 50, you can train again and start making the Heavy Linen Bandages sooner. It's not much, but it will allow you to reach a level 75 status faster. Now it's time to get started. If you do this right, it shouldn't take anymore than 10 minutes to complete.
Coming Next
Now that you've reached level 75, you won't want to stop. Our next information we share with you will give detailed information on how to reach 150 in another 10 minutes. However, in order to make this happen you should probably head over to the Auction House. You're going to need some more cloth and small venom sacs. Don't worry, we'll explain it all here shortly.
